I ordered the gold and the shoes I received are copper, definitely not gold. I’ll probably keep them because I don’t have any shoes that color but had I really needed gold shoes, these would not be it. This color was a much lower price than some of the other colors they offer. I’m glad I went with a less expensive one first because I wouldn’t pay a higher price. The quality is OK but not great. After looking locally for a shoe with this style, and not finding any, I decided to order these online. I'm certainly glad I did. The shoe is exactly as pictured and true to size. I usually wear a 7 1/2 which is what I ordered. They fit perfectly with either a thin sock, or a little heavier one. They slip on easily and are definatly leather uppers. First: a very comfortable shoe second: my recommended size was a 7, I usually wear 7 1/2 which is what I ordered. If you want to wear socks, I would recommend a half size larger as I can only wear a thin sock in the 7 1/2 size that I ordered.
