After years of looking for a nice looking, comfortable, casual shoe (size 7) I have finally found it. These come in several styles but still basically the same. Wide enough toe box and since the shoe covers most of the top of the foot they do not slop up and down at the heel and try to fall off. I mentioned in a previous review that I almost forget I have feet with these shoes on. I now have different styles in red, pewter, black and grey. I like them so much and my feet and toes don't hurt that I am tempted to buy more just because I am afraid someday they may be discontinued!!!

Now that I’m retired I need comfortable shoes with a casual look. I ordered 2 colors and now need 3 more. I have about 50 pairs of shoes. I’m getting rid of probably 30 pair. These 8 1/2 shoes fit, they could be a little more narrow. But comfort is the key word and looking good follows closely.

These loafers are cute, and they are comfortable. However, the leather is of dubious quality. It's very stiff and plastic looking. The souls are also very stiff and a hard plastic and slippery. A cheap look all around. Undecided if I will keep these.

I like the look, and the fact that they are lightweight. My feet can breathe in them even without socks. Didn't have any problems with overall comfort either, except I got a blister on my right heel after walking in them all day. I can solve this problem with a cheap heel protector so it's not that big a deal. There's nothing else that needed breaking in.
