A well advertised brand (lets call them TJ's) are ridiculously priced so I found a few alternatives. These Terramar Mens 6" SilkSkins second skin boxer briefs are great along with another brand found here on Amazon ~Clevedaur modal trunks/boxer briefs. Decided to purchase both based on price and material composition (plus I was curious to see if one was softer than another). Both are fantastically soft, fit as expected (based off the size chart) and at a fraction of the bigger brand price. Spouse works 4days/12hr rotating shifts where he moves around a lot (walking, climbing ladders, loading rail cars, and loading trucks) and he says these don't bunch and waist band does not pinch. These have been washed several times and we haven't noticed any issue with pilling. No noticeable wear and tear despite the seemingly delicate fabric being worn under work pants. Hopefully they last a long while (only owned for about 2 mo.), if they do we will definitely be buying more in the future. For scientific purposes only I conducted a blind feel test. In my unprofessional opinion the fabric used by both brands are equally soft =) ... show more

Just like Tommy John"" Second skin ! Feel just like them and do just about everything the major $39 a pair feel and look like ! Hard to tell the difference! Be great if made in white or more styles or colors but black is great no stains easy ! Just watch what you wear so they don't show thru white shorts etc ! And great access to urinate easy to urinate and when you get that sudden Erection , not to bad to adjust yourself lol . Does not roll nor bid nor ride up so far washed 5 times dries quick . Hand wash ! The boxers are great not like old boxers that go all over the place these cradle the boys nice and air cool with the fabric! Not paid nor did I get no special price ! Just buy quality underwear and thought others would appreciate how to save money and get good comfortable men's underwear. And last sleeping with them are very comfortable, and again not bad uncomfortable if you get that morning election . My wife says they look good and not baggy but stylish boxers ! These are great with the regular second skins ! Very good quality be careful taking tag off . Try to hand wash will last longer . These are not Modal material but not bad they are like a mesh feeling but great they have 3 to 4 colors ! If you ever tried Tommy Johns these are like them . Both not bad I prefer the second skin Terramar . Worth the price $9.99 with prime delivery not bad for the feeling you will get with these nor the others ! Wish they had more colors like white in both brands , buy both brands second skin and these get rid of those old nasty old mans boxers . These are Boxer briefs that feel look good and male functional fly ! Will not last years not with Modal material on second skins nor with the nylon and spandex but your going to feel good in these plus form fitting boxer briefs that feel and look and long enough and do adjust easy and urination easy to do and I can hardly tell the difference from Tommy Johns at about $32 a pop when these are $10 a pair not bad . Do not expect no fancy box comes in a plastic bag but for the price your not sacrifice any quality ! I prefer the Terramar second skin boxer briefs in Black great size fits great tru to size ! Not briefs their boxer briefs not old mans style that go everywhere to adjust every minute . These feel look and you can sleep comfortably in them and go to relive yourself easy . And clean well and do help for hot climate to keep sweat down air cool material ! Thanks hope this helps if anyone wants good feeling quality underwear at a great price and I think better then Saxx at about $30 a pair over hype on the pouch with some only a fly these and second skin are great .     • Superb feel and support, but durability just not there

Update to below: Perhaps I’m just really tough on my underwear, but all four pair have slowly ripped to shreds. I wear them on my motorcycle, at the gym, and most other places one would but they’re just not durable. Yet I keep buying replacements because they fit great and are all day comfy. Oh, well. ————— Best feeling, most supportive underwear I’ve ever tried. Would like to eventually replace all my underwear with this brand but unfortunately out of my three newish pair one has already developed a small hole calling durability into question. A shame as they are so soft and comfortable yet nicely supportive of your ‘boys.’ ... show more

I've been wearing Terramar stretchy synthetic underpants daily for a couple of decades . The ones I had all those years didn't wear out or lose their elasticity even after hundreds of weekly washings. I bought these newer ones because, frankly, I needed more room. I'd say this is the new, improved model. Super soft, super stretchy, feels like real cloth, not like thin, cheap nylon. Unlike most men's underpants, these have a sort of kangaroo pouch at the front crotch "area" with a horizontal opening. Takes a little getting used-to, but not a huge deal. Good boxers. ... show more
