UPDATE 9/7/23: The seller contacted me. My email got lost for a few days in their spam folder. They apologized, saying they normally reply immediately. They offered to send me a replacement unit, and they also offered to pre-test it at 4K@144Hz. Additionally they said if I continued having a problem, it could be interference and they offered to a free DP signal repeater to see if that would help. I had already returned the unit to Amazon, but I would have accepted their offer if I had received the email before then. Added one star for the excellent response, and as I point out below, this is a well built, quality unit. --- Original review: This is a quality product. Metal case, well built, it comes with all, the cables (two 5ft USB 3.0 and three 5ft DisplayPort 1.4). It also comes with a power supply. I really wanted this to work, but while it worked perfectly at 2K 100hz, the monitor would blink at 144hz. I emailed the manufacturer for suggestions, but they never replied (THEY DID, CORRECTED ABOVE). It may just be my monitor being fussy. Your mileage may vary. Sadly I sent it back for a refund. I can honestly say that as long as you don't need to go over 100hz refresh (or are willing to at least try it at 144Hz, as monitors vary), this is an excellent product. I liked that there was a hotkey option, but you could also disable it. I can also confirm this KVM works with Corsair RGB keyboards BUT, as recommended in the FAQ, you need to plug the keyboard into the USB 3.0 jack for the RGB to work. I wound up using a simple A-B DisplayPort switch made by GiantMatrix and sold here on Amazon. It did work at 144hz, with 5ft cables, and that suits me fine as I really don't need to switch the keyboard and mouse. ... show more

Style: 2 Computers 2 Monitors(HDMI + DP) USB 3.0
It works quite well. I bought this particular model because it had the right connections and would be able to support 144hz, to which I have become accustomed. I had to screw around with the cables a lot to make it work properly, but once it was set up it work mostly as expected. My main gripe with the switch is hiccups in the behavior. Sometimes my keyboard stops working after a switch. Sometimes the device forgets that I disabled the mouse wheel hotkey and I have to look up how to change the settings again. Almost every time I switch, the audio devices get screwy, and windows cluster on one screen (This is not totally the manufacturers fault.) Overall, it just feels a little clunky. It does what it needs to do, which in my case it was the only one on the market that could fill that need. But, I was hoping for a little more fluid experience considering the $269 price tag. ... show more

Likely the best 3 monitor 4K switch available at the time of my purchase. Late -2023 For anyone hoping to use a cheaper switch via conversion cable, that third monitor run through a conversion cable will be clamped in resolution and refresh rates way below spec. Refresh rate is good, no flickering, need to push this to a limit with a few games to be sure but will updated this later if I find it to be problematic. Excellent build quality, doesn't look horrible on my desk and the hotkey features are a nice touch. If you're not careful they can trick you into thinking the switch is faulty when you activate them on accident, be sure to read the manual. All cables included is a nice bonus, they're a good length for the job but I do wish they were not the latch depression type cables as I find those can sometimes get stuck. Minor gripe but if there were an option to purchase just the switch and supply my own cables I'd likely have chosen that option for this reason. A minor tweak for the future models would be to include 2 additional USB 3.0 ports rather than a USB 2.0 for keyboard and mouse. That way the hubs within the monitors run through the switch can be leveraged rather than requiring an additional hub. ... show more
