These Tempress seats are my favorite lighter boat seat. I have them in my drift boat and needed seats for a Jon boat so I tried a cheaper seat and returned it due to quality issues. I just ended up paying up for these but they are worth it. My favorite thing is you can unbutton the seat cover for cleaning or replacement. Other seats have the cushion built in to the seat that makes it impossible to replace the cushion/cover. The plastic is super thick too and could not picture them breaking. The ones in my drift boat are 7yrs old and still work great. If you look, most drift boat manufacturers use this seat. ... show more

Very happy with this purchase! Not only does this seat look awesome in my boat, but it's very comfortable as well. Includes 4 mounting screws. This seat also has a snap strap to keep it closed. Good seat. It is vinyl...We like the seat... It could use a little more cushion in the seat of the seat. After sitting for longer than about 45 minutes, it loses a little bit of comfort, but over all, it is a very well-made, very durable seat

The durabilty for the chairs are great for a big guy like me (6' 3" and 290lb), but the comfort is so-so. The back comfort is great, especially being a high back seat, but the seat itself can use a little bit more padding. After a good minute my but gets numb haha. But then again i do sometimes fish for 4-8hrs straight, so you can be the judge. But overall, great material and durability for sure. ... show more
