The best part is the angled phone adapter. That is what made this worth while for me. I have a had time looking through normal lenses but being able to just look at my phone makes it easy to see the moon and stars. This isn't a super strong telescope but for a family or child it does a good job. It was easy to assemble and use and also has a nice little storage bag. Lenses that came with it are generic. Does not have Gskyer logo on them. Phone mount does not fit telescope. I have to purchase all new lenses separately. Very disappointed

This is good if you just want to look at the moon. It is easy to assemble and would be perfect for a young kid.

    • Instructions for beginners would have been nice.
The telescope was easy to assemble and lightweight. It is small, which doe make it easier to move and set-up. Definitely for beginners though. However, other than photos showing how the parts were assembled, there wasn't even a basic guide for beginners on how to use it. I.e., the patience it takes to find the sweet spot to even see an image through the eyepiece, or an explanation on how to select the right lens. I think a young person would lose interest quickly without such basics! ... show more
