I bought this for my son for Christmas and he is really enjoying it. Take some time to figure out the different lenses, but able to see a lot and it comes with a variety, even a night vision lens. Easy assembly, fun for kids and adults, sturdy, and affordable.

Easy to set up. Easy to read and follow instructions. Followed along info and instruction and the results were remarkable. I was able to see and view the moon perfectly even on a cloudy night. Very impressed with the ease of instructions and results for the 1st time using.

This telescope is ok for a starter for a child. It's very flimsy and can break very easily. We have been unable to actually use it yet but fingers crossed it doesn't break before we even can. Maybe invest a little bit more into something more sturdy.

Update - the JUJO store replaced the tripod. The tripod head mounting plate is not permanently attached to the center column. It rests on the column with a very short overlap. The tripod head mounting plate fell off the center column with the telescope attached. The lense cover cracked when it hit the ground. I am requesting a new lense cover and a sturdy tripod. I am still assessing if telescope has internal damage. ... show more
