Great telescope, a lot of attachments and variety of functionality/zoom. It was easy to setup and the backpack is amazing at it keeps everything organized and easily stored.

This telescope is better suited as a beginner toy for children than as a serious instrument. It is pretty simple to set up and the clarity of viewing is not too bad. While it may provide some basic fun for kids exploring the night sky, the overall construction feels cheap and fragile. The plastic eyepiece broke within seconds of attempting to screw it into place, which immediately raised concerns about durability and overall quality. The images online make it look like it is made of metal, but it is entirely composed of plastic and weighs next to nothing. Referring to this as a “professional refractor telescope for adults” is misleading. The materials and build quality do not support that claim. At this price point, I expected sturdier components and more reliable construction. For casual child use it may suffice, but adults hoping for meaningful viewing quality should look elsewhere.

This telescope exceeded our expectations right out of the box. It came with a very nice travel case with all the parts and pieces organized neatly within. My kids made quick work of decorating the telescope with the included space-themed stickers. We were lucky to have a rare clear winter sky and had a wonderful look at a Jupiter in the East sky. The 25mm ocular lens with the included 3x magnifier even gave us a look at four of its orbiting moons. I am very pleased with this unit and my kids are already looking forward to our next clear night of stargazing.

I love how portable this telescope is. I have a Celestron and it's just not something I can take with me very easily. This one isn't going to get the visuals that I don't my $500 telescope, but for the price it is totally worth having a small little telescope I can take camping with me if I just want to look at the moon or something like that. It packs neatly in this little backpack and can come with me anywhere I go!
