My wife wanted a telescope for Christmas, so I chose this one based upon its price and the positive reviews. It was very easy to assemble and the images are very clear! The unit itself seems well made and can easily be moved while attached to the tripod. Overall, I am impressed with this item and would highly recommend to anyone interested in astronomy.

Pretty easy to put together, my 15 yr old grandson did it in about 15 minutes. Took a few minutes to decipher how to use it, I had to resort to the instructions. Clear view, extreme details even on the lowest settings. Tripod is a little flimsy but overall, I would recommend this.
