Bought for my wife, as a present, she has never look at a star or moon before, the assembly was easy, delivery was quick, seems to be a good scope, i don't know much about scopes at all, but it is solid, not sure what other accessories i might need, just having a hard time focusing which is probably just me, more of a tutorial would be nice. This is a great telescope for beginners who want to figure out how to assemble and use a telescope and also for people interested in exploring the sky and its celestial bodies. Assembling it is easy but requires a few moments to read instructions and put it together. The telescope is sturdy and well made and the optics are also good quality and all coated. This is a very original Christmas gift and the fun is warranted for sure. You can see a picture of the moon, I was very happy to be able to take it. I would recommend it as a gift or also as a family upgrade to fun activities. ... show more

Setting the telescope up was easy with the provided instructions and it feels very sturdy once fully assembled. The telescope is weighted so you don't really have to worry about it falling over which is great due to the size of the scope itself. I love that you can mount your phone to the telescope as well. This is great for taking phone pictures and also for referencing what you're looking at with one of the many free sky map apps. This is one fine telescope. It was super easy to install and has all the whistles and bells. The instruction manual was very clear with easy to follow steps and color pictures. It is extremely well made , sturdy, stainless steel, with best optics. I can not get over the adjustments capable , very precise. We cannot get the remote control or the control panel to “pair” with the unit. Cannot get the unit to run. Requests for the seller to contact us to provide assistance have not been answered.
