Tekwrap always has quality products, this is no exception. Cut well with my Cricut, weeded nicely. It will glow, but it needed to be "charged" constantly otherwise it doesn't do much. The glow factor isn't that impressive, unfortunately.

I bought it for a project, that it ended up being unusable for. This appears whit on flat surfaces except at extreme angles. Even on the roll it just looks white. I got it for the purple to blue as it shows, but they are pretty much none existent here. For those interested it does glow faintly, but not a strong glow.
