This is really nice vinyl for doing your own decals. It cuts out easily by hand with an exacto knife and looks awesome. Its fairly thick and not flimsy feeling. Sticks well to most surfaces. Looks like red tin foil with a nice mirror shine. Creates a really cool custom look for your diy projects. Would definitely buy again.

Cut great and very impactful, looks simply stunning with the holo olive. I got a free sample of another holo color as well, just thought that was really cool and nice. Really enjoying my teckwrap vinyl, some of the best I've tried and they have some very unique colors.

First off, I'm writing this review from a vinyl wrap view point, not from the Arts & Craft Cricut perspective... As far as adhesion, malleability, and finish are concerned, this vinyl is FANTASTIC if you know what you're doing. NOTE: If this is your first time wrapping something, I would avoid chrome finished wraps as they can be a bit temperamental and finicky. COLOR NOTES: This is definitely a charcoal or black chrome finish. When I asked the question, I was told its silver chrome, but it's not. It's DARK GRAY chrome--almost black but not quite THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND AS YOU WORK WITH THIS STUFF: (My Vinyl Wrap Exp Level: Very Picky Dabbler) 1. This film is VERY heat sensitive... Like less than a second kind of reactive. (RE: heat gun, not hair dryer) 2. This film is VERY elastic, so you shouldn't really "need" to use heat much at all. I only used heat to flatten out a some pinch/creases as a finishing step. I was able to 180 degree stretch the inside turn of a 1.75" wide x 2mm thick ring with ease 3. The dry adhesion level on this stuff is VERY HIGH, meaning once it touches your surface, it's stuck there. Obviously if you use a wetting agent, you'll be able to move it around 4. YOU MUST REMOVE THE PROTECTIVE LAYER *BEFORE* TRYING TO MOLD OVER CREASES!!! Once removed this stuff is a dream to mold and shape. Any reviewers saying this stuff is hard to shape obviously didn't remove the protective film first 5. Chrome finish scratches easily, so USE A SOFT MICROFIBER CLOTH as you work the vinyl 6. While you *can* dry peel the stuff back and reapply, I noticed this mars the finish slightly. It's subtle, but up close you'll notice the finish develops streaks / stretch marks where you pulled it back. BOTTOM LINE: This is an EXCELLENT high quality dark gray chrome wrap for people with a bit of experience. I would ALSO recommend you buy an extra roll in case you need to redo some spots. It's slightly temperamental stuff that takes a few rounds to get get the feel for. My first item wrapped very easily, but I'm also very picky and needed to redo the second piece wrapped 2 times to get a perfect finish.

I love this company and the vinyl. It came in all beat up and I reached out to them and they were on top of fixing my vinyl. They were super sad that Amazon actually sent messed you vinyl to me. The box it was packed in was perfectly intact, but the vinyl was packed damaged. So when I sent them a message and pictures they were super nice and fast to get me a new replacement vinyl. No questions asked they just wanted me as a person to be happy. I am so happy. I will be shopping from them again. The vinyl did so well for my project and it weeds easy too. I do vinyl on race trucks, rock crawlers, and off road vehicles. This color was perfectly matched to powder coated coloring to a FJ I just recently worked on. Tech wrap makes amazing products. I have used several colors by them and I love the way it lays. It's amazing. You do have to make sure you lay it in perfect weather though. Sometimes do have corner issues. But other than that, amazing.
