This is my second order this week. My first order came with broken lid and cracked cup. The lid was broken into pieces and I almost cut myself when I tried remove it from box insert. And the CUP, I thought the cup was fine but when I put hot water in, I heard the sound CRANK!!! I immediate poured water out and put it away. Then I called the assistant to claim for a refund and start order a new set. Then the new set arrived today about 30 mins ago. I unboxed it right away. Then I saw that the insert inside the box ripped. I thought to myself (this is bad news). Then I checked the lid. The lid is fine this time. Then I checked the cup. The cup is chipped right at the ankle when you sip from regular cups or mugs. This is very bad quality, I expected more from this company or the seller. They really need to check their quality before they ship out the item. This is very BAD!!! Their tea is good though. ... show more

I've ordered tea from this company and absolutely love them. Would have loved a full set, but not ment to be apparently. The set it's self is nice, this was my 2nd attempt to get a full set (the first one arrived with a broken lid and Amazon doesn't replace). Gifted by my son for my 87th birthday to add to my tea cup collection. I've only had the chance to try the Wildflower honey citrus green tea and yes it was delightful. I also love the pyramid shape of the infuser. Great gift for tea drinkers!

The cup and the cover arrived broken, this is so sad because you can't get an exchange or return. So disappointed, they did not care on how to pack the set. I really like the color and now I am stuck with a broken set.
