The product arrived with a big dent on the lid. There is a smaller dent several inches underneath it that doesn't show up well in the photos. I didn't realize it was dented until I was halfway through assembly, since the instructions start with the base and legs. I went ahead and completed assembly, hoping it would still work. Assembly is pretty straightforward, but be aware that the instructions tell you to assemble the base and legs, and then place the top shelf unit, all one piece, on top. It's a bit heavy, so you might need help. I was alone so managed to find a bucket and some styrofoam to place underneath the shelf while screwing it in. The top lids open okay, but the left side catches a bit, presumably where the dent is. It works mostly, but it is annoying. I'm not sure if I can be bothered trying to return it if it means taking it apart. For the price and time spent on this, I am disappointed. ... show more

It came with the wrong parts making the slide open top unusable. The main reason I bought it! Taking it apart and try to repack it into the box was not happening. Waste of my hard earned dollars.

Overall, a pretty good tool cart. It is exactly what I was looking for from a size and feature/function standpoint. It arrived in pretty good condition and fairly quickly! They didn't pack the interior of the box very well since there were some dents in the top cabinet from items banging around during shipment, but they weren't enough to return... it is a toolbox so I expect it to get a little dinged up over time. The biggest issue I had was the top slider separated from the sliding track. I had to drill out all the grommets, fix the track, and then reattach the top with new grommets. It took a couple hours, but it works well now. Pros: Decent build quality outside of the repairs I had to make, good functionality of the top sliders, and drawers seem like they will be very well utilized. Cons: Did not come with tray mats and I had to go to Home Depot to get some tray liners. Also, the wheels are cheap, hard urethane and slide easily rather than gripping the floor. Conclusion: I gave it four stars... arguable that it could be 3, but I'm overall satisfied due to quick delivery and good functionality. ... show more
