I bought this last minute for a Zoom interview, as I needed something to spruce up a shirt I was planning to wear. As far as pro's, I'll say that it did a great job at upscaling a simple long sleeve t-shirt into a professional looking fit. It looked like a totally normal layered shirt, all it took was a little ironing and tucking it into my bra so that you couldn't see the edges. As far as cons, I'll say it was pretty uncomfortable and only worked for me for a short 30 minute interview. If I had to wear this thing for any longer than that, I'd have hated it. The straps that went under your arms were super tight and sort of difficult to put on. It constantly wanted to ride up either forwards or backwards, if I wasn't sitting super still for the interview I'd have been yanking it all over the place. This was super helpful in the specific circumstance of needing to spruce up an outfit for a short interview, but I couldn't imagine wearing it for an entire work shift or to go out or anything like that. It may work for other people but it was just not comfortable for me. They'll sit in my closet until I have another 30 minute even to wear them to.
