I’ve wanting false collars for quite some time, and finally decided to give these a try! I wear lots of collared shirts and I have to say that these collars feel pretty similar to my full ones. They are perfect if you want the collared shirt look without the added poof and heat— especially if you like bulky sweaters like I do. They have a long front piece if you want to wear something with a lower neckline, and you can button it up all the way or not. It also has a strap on both sides where you slip you arms through and adjust how tight you want it. I thought it would be pretty uncomfortable to wear, but I can hardly even notice I’m wearing it! I'm 5'6, 170#, 36C. Straps were adjustable and could have fit someone with much...larger...dimensions. A little awkward and I felt I needed to adjust it often the first time I wore it, but couldn't be seen through thin tee's or sweaters, it didn't really move at all, just long enough to tuck the edge into the bra for a little more security. I bought this last minute for a Zoom interview, as I needed something to spruce up a shirt I was planning to wear. As far as pro's, I'll say that it did a great job at upscaling a simple long sleeve t-shirt into a professional looking fit. It looked like a totally normal layered shirt, all it took was a little ironing and tucking it into my bra so that you couldn't see the edges. As far as cons, I'll say it was pretty uncomfortable and only worked for me for a short 30 minute interview. If I had to wear this thing for any longer than that, I'd have hated it. The straps that went under your arms were super tight and sort of difficult to put on. It constantly wanted to ride up either forwards or backwards, if I wasn't sitting super still for the interview I'd have been yanking it all over the place. This was super helpful in the specific circumstance of needing to spruce up an outfit for a short interview, but I couldn't imagine wearing it for an entire work shift or to go out or anything like that. It may work for other people but it was just not comfortable for me. They'll sit in my closet until I have another 30 minute even to wear them to. ... show more

I love these but the quality could be better thats why I gave it 4 stars. However, at the end of the day the quality doesn't really matter since it's mostly hidden. Only one button and the collar shows if you wear a jumper over it (which is what I wanted lol).
