I was happy to see that this company offered a petite length for these slacks. That is so difficult to find! Based on the chart, I thought if I bought the 28" (petite) I should be ok - since that is the inseam that I usually look for, being 5'1". It did still drape over my shoe, and I found it a bit too form fitting for a professional environment, unless you are wearing a long-untucked shirt. It is stretchy, as stated, but still too form fitting, in my opinion. I returned it for the x-l in 26" and that was perfect! Fit is much looser and much more comfortable; length was right on the shoe - perfect. Nice looking slacks, and very comfortable. Does not require ironing after washing, unless you want to put a tailored pleat in it, which looks nice with these pants.

OMG, these pants are amazing. I like to wear a traditional trouser to work, though it is getting harder to find them. I have other pull on pants and I like how comfortable they are, but they never quite look right if I tuck in a blouse and the cuffs are stiff. These pants have a flow at the cuff that mimics a dressy trouser. The fabric has some stretch but is not stiff. There is a slight texture and it is not heavy, so there is some draping along the legs with no diaper butt. I like how I can wear a belt so my boss doesn’t think I am wearing yoga pants. I own three pairs and they wash nicely.

They are comfortable, however, I would say they are made more for a curvy person. They fit my waist (still carrying a stomach from babies), but they were baggy on the butt/legs. I do keep them since they just looked more straight leg than bootcut. They are stretchy and look very professional. Also they have functioning pockets and I love a pocket.

I'm 4'11" and weigh 135 lbs. I ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly, I wear a small 1-1/2" heel and I don't need to hem them. This is the only pair of slacks that I have not needed to hem. I love the fit. Very comfortable with pockets and the dressy look is perfect for going out.

Incredible for petite women - well tailored, wonderful fabric, reasonable flair. I will be purchasing more. FINALLY, a wonderful way to wear slacks, not break your entire budget, and feel classy, sexy, AND comforable. I'm buying in all colors I don't already own pants in. I typically buy high end trousers for work that then need to be hemmed. Needed nice trousers for a trip to NY that I would also be comfortable wearing. Took a chance and tried these given the reviews and now I AM A HUGE fan of this brand and especially all the lengths depending on the shoes we plan to wear!

I bought the black pinstripe ones early last year and they lasted me about a year and a half before getting a small rip in the seam. I bought the solid black pair less than two months ago and they already have the same problem. The elastic in the waistband of the black ones also isn’t sewn in, it just sits loose in a pocket and has an annoying tendency to fold itself in half. I don’t know if the quality has gone down in a year, if the color makes the difference, or if I just got unlucky, but I’m a little disappointed. I will say though: they fit great, they are as stretchy as they claim, and they’re comfortable.

These are the fifth pair of Tapata women's pants I've ordered because I like them that much! They're extremely comfortable, wear well, wash up easily and have become a work-horse in my professional wardrobe. I like the bootcut pant because it hangs nicely, giving me a more sleek look. I do think they run a bit short, so keep that in mind. I am 5'4, 113 lbs, and I order the Small regular (30" inseam), because the 28" is about an inch too short for my taste. When I'm wearing heals and have a boot cut pant, I want it to fall below my ankle because that is a more classic look. For me, the 30" inseam provides that very well. If you're unsure which inseam will work for you, consider ordering both so you can compare. I definitely recommend these pants. I have them in navy, black and white and will probably order more. BTW, the white is not see-through at all! I am very happy with these pants.
