The 28” length is perfect, with a heel or a casual shoe with a little lift. They are tailored, with belt loops for a more business polished look. I have these pants in several colors. After I purchased the pinstripe pair, I was so satisfied with the quality and fit that I immediately purchased navy, black, charcoal, and gray in the exact same size. The issue I have is that they gray and charcoal pants shrunk so much after laundering (on delicate, cold water, lowest dryer setting). They look like high waters now. The navy, black, and pinstripe laundered perfectly, on the exact same machine settings, without any noticeable shrinkage. I love them, but now I want to buy some more pairs but am unsure of what type of pants I will receive so I am hesitating. ... show more

Love the style, fit and fabric!! Good value for the money. The fabric on these pants is soft and of good quality. I am 5’1 and 239 pds. The xxl short fit perfectly on me. I do not need to hem them. I am all stomach and these pants, unlike other styles do not extenuate my stomach because the slight boot cut style makes my body type look good in these pants. Edit: while I still like the pants there are some stubborn wrinkles that I can’t fin a way to remove. I am now giving 3 star rating. I returned the first pair that fitted well except in the length. I got the replacement today. The length is perfect but the pants are loose in the thighs and waist. I am keeping this but be cautious the size is a hit and miss proposition. ... show more
