This table is really excellent, much better than I expected. The pieces fit perfectly and it's very sturdy. One small thing: it seemed as though 2 of the holes in the steel legs weren't there. I discovered that the holes had actually been punched, but the blank was still in the hole, and it had been painted over so the hole was invisible. It's easy to tell where it should be, so with a small hammer and a punch (or a nail, or a screwdriver) you can tap on the spot and the blank falls out. It took no effort at all. This is a good desk for the price. It was well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Unpacking and assembling were easy and took about an hour - and I am no handyman. The size and height are great; I can put my laptop and a few books on it for studying. The design is good and the build is solid enough. It is not a heavy duty workbench, but plenty strong enough for a desk. The wheels are good quality and this allows me to drag it out on the patio to study when weather permits. ... show more

Pros: The desk was easy to assemble and it is just the right size for my office. The other desk is full of computer equipment so I needed a writing desk. It is very sturdy and I like having it on wheels. Cons: I wish it was about an inch lower with the wheels on, to match the height of the other office furniture that I have. More importantly, the finish looks like distressed barn board and not Walnut. If your gonna use the fake wood look at least use better looking contact paper for the surface. I think I'll shop for 24" Walnut or Maple look contact paper and do it over with my wife's help. ... show more

This was fairly easy to assemble although the directions weren't completely clear on which way the brackets should be on the desktop frame. I thought the tabletop dropped into the frame so I assembled the desktop frame with the screw brackets on the bottom. Turns out the desktop bracket screw ports needs to be on the top. Also I didn't remember seeing in the description that the desktop was mdf or particle board it appeared that the desktop was all metal. I'm not a fan of particle board because the surface usually bubbles up with any moisture and it usually chips easily. So I decided to put some peel and stick kitchen tiles on the desktop to prevent any chipping, scratching or moisture damage. Also, the desk seemed wobbly at first but after I tightened all the screws it's solid as a rock. The wheels are smooth and it rolls great. I have groove lines in my kitchen tiles and my folding table legs were always catching in the grooves and it was hard to scoot the table or the TV trays so I needed a table with wheels. This table is also high enough and wide enough that it fits right over my recliners armrest so I can kick my feet up and recline if I want to. The tiles I also got on Amazon if your interested I got two different ones because they were both beautiful and I couldn't decide between the two so I got both. The one I used in the picture is the floorpop radiance. The other one I want to use on a second table is the floorpop Fontaine. It took 8 of the 12x12 tiles so I have two left from the pack which I will keep in case a tile on the desktop gets damaged and one will need to be replaced. Some of the tiles will need to be trimmed to fit. They are hard to cut at least with the cutters I had but the end result was beautiful and I am really pleased. I am saving up to order another rolling table for my sewing machine ... show more

    • Cool, simplistic, inexpensive & spacious.
this is perfect! It’s not too small, it’s not too big.. It gives an industrial look but has a top to cover the metal unlike a lot of metal desks. Cold metal in the winter messes with hands & arms already cold & make it a miserable 12 hour+ workday writing code. It’s simplistic in styling not taking away from other decor. Holds 2 large monitors could hold 3 if you’re that’s your style. And there’s Still plenty of space around. You’re not closed in or feeling claustrophobic. The casters make it easy to move to vacuum or sweep the room. All that & it’s very inexpensive! Save the money for experiences not things! Great desk! ... show more

I placed my order and it was delivered before the estimated date, I was so surprised. My husband and I put it together and it didn't take long at all! I purchased three of these desks for mobile work stations in a busy photo studio. Heavy and well built tubular steel frame and cross bars and hardware. Very sturdy and rugged, rolls and locks easily. After months of use, the first two withstood the work load. As needed, I went to put the 3rd desk together. I found an important part missing. I was past warranty and return so I was just hoping I could buy the part. After emailing the manufacturer, Tangkula, they offered to send a BRAND NEW desk and told me to keep the desk missing the part. I got the new desk in about 3 days. Who provides that kind of service now? Best recommendation possible for this product and company. ... show more
