I was in my post-partum era and needed a nice dress for my mom's 75th birthday party. I bought this dress in a 2x and it fit absolutely beautifully. It doesn't stretch, so be aware of that. However, it was super flattering (in my opinion), flowy and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Color is not even close to dusty blue, its more of a blue gray. It wrinkles so BAD! and good luck getting the wrinkles out! I have washed it like 5 times, put it in the dryer on low, ironed, put in the bathroom with a steamy shower running and nothing.. this was bought for a wedding and now I feel like I can't wear it.
