Description

Hatsune Miku was the first Vocaloid developed by Crypton Future Media after they handled the release of the Yamaha vocal Meiko and Kaito. The name of "Hatsune Miku" was conceived soon after the Vocaloid 2 announcements, when an English and Japanese vocal were developed for the character. The intended design was delayed and later used for Megurine Luka instead. Miku was intended to be the first of a series of Vocaloids called the "Character Vocal Series", which included Kagamine Rin/Len and Megurine Luka. Each had a particular concept and vocal direction.

I have been eyeing this figure for months now and finally decided to get it, and I'm so glad I did! She is so cute and definitely worth the money. My only complaints are that there is a small scuff on the base that won't rub off and one of her pigtails was super difficult to push in all the way. The scuff isn't super visible unless you are looking at the figure closely, so I don't mind it too much. ... show more

The product itself is good but the box it comes in arrived damaged and beat up as I’ve seen others on here have the same issue and it’s a little disappointing because collectors like to save and/or display the box as well and it was a gift for someone.
