I got this shirt because I wanted a compression shirt that would actually compress and help hide some of my problem areas. This is a strong compression shirt and it really boosts my self confidence when I wear it. It is tight. It is durable. It is possible that you will have to step into it to put it on and reverse the process to take it off. This shirt will last for a long time if you take reasonably good care of it. Machine wash it if you have a front loading washer. Always line dry it. I would say this is a medium weight shirt but it has never caused me to get hot or sweat uncontrollably. I have worn this shirt at least 15 times and it has never lost its shape or broken a single stitch. Quality shirt, quality brand. I'm 5'9 and 150 lbs and ordered this to use as a binder. The small is tighter on my hips than chest. The material doesn't make me sweat and easy to put on, once you get the hang of unrolling it to slide over your head

To be clear from the start, I am a woman with a decent size chest (40C). I wanted something to smooth me out for my non-boobie days. Days when I am wearing a men’s tshirt and the fit just isn’t flattering with mounds of fat protruding from the upper portion of your breast plate. Anyways, I ordered a size smaller than I usually wear (L) and it’s definitely true to size. Snug and long on my 5’5” frame. I could pull it over my hips entirely if I wanted a mono-butt as well as a flatter chest. The fabric is soft, no itch or irritating rub to it. The sheer design is flattering and kind of lingerie-ish when under-boob is involved, like in my case. It reminds me of a ladies one piece swimsuit. The shoulder width is really nice, no issues with armpit sizing or neckline. Throughout the day I do have to adjust “the girls” because they tend to slide closer together and start getting smashed awkwardly which creates some unnecessary sweat creases. Maybe I will try a bandeau style wrap underneath this shirt next time. All in all it does the job and doesn’t ride up my stomach or rub my armpits raw so I call it a win. ... show more

Fit's great. I'm 6'1" 213#'s. I went with size large. I lost 80 pounds in 4.5 months. Have some loose skin around my waist and still have small moobs. It really eliminated my moobs. It did well around the gut area. Wish it had a bit more tightening in this area, but it does well. I read a lot of reviews where people keep complaining they cannot get it over their head. Like all compression shirts, this is not a pull over your head compression shirt. You need to step into it then pull it up around your waist. Take it off the same way. ... show more

The sizing of this item is a little off, I'd recommend purchasing one step above what you think you'd wear. Measuring sizes is a little off as well since this is a compression shirt. You want it tight, but you also want blood flow ;). I like this item for it's posture correction reminder and keeping my core engaged. Once it's on, it's as comfortable as I could ask and it doesn't add an insane amount of heat. It's difficult to get on and off though. I would recommend rolling the fabric up, and then rolling it down your torso, or enlisting the assistance of a partner. ... show more
