I got this shirt because I wanted a compression shirt that would actually compress and help hide some of my problem areas. This is a strong compression shirt and it really boosts my self confidence when I wear it. It is tight. It is durable. It is possible that you will have to step into it to put it on and reverse the process to take it off. This shirt will last for a long time if you take reasonably good care of it. Machine wash it if you have a front loading washer. Always line dry it. I would say this is a medium weight shirt but it has never caused me to get hot or sweat uncontrollably. I have worn this shirt at least 15 times and it has never lost its shape or broken a single stitch. Quality shirt, quality brand. This is for the serious and real compression lovers and wearers out there. It won't let you down.

I took before and after pictures and it looks like without wearing it actually looks better. I am very disappointed. I also wear medium shirts. And I ordered medium. It was really very tight. I was having problems wearing it. But I was hoping that it would hide my belly somewhat. Very disappointed.

I'm 6'2" 215 pounds I first ordered a L but it was way too tight so I decided to go 2 XL and it fits as you can see from my not so good pic ! Although it's the right size I just ordered a 3XL As I think it will be the Perfect fit for my frame not too tight yet more flattering! Also these are unlike other neoprene as they don't make you sweat which I really like!
