I’m in my 60s and recently started dating again, which means two things: I suddenly care a little more about how I look That little jelly roll around the belly has officially become my enemy That’s what led me to the TAILONG Men’s Compression Shirt. First: What This Is (Technical Side) This is a high-compression body shaper, not a casual undershirt. The fabric is very elastic, very tight, and designed to apply uniform compression across the torso to: flatten the midsection improve posture smooth out love handles create a slimmer silhouette under clothes And yes—it absolutely does that. Putting It On (Where Things Get Interesting) Let me offer some hard-earned advice: DO NOT try to put this on after a shower. If your skin is even slightly damp, this thing will grab under your armpits and refuse to move. At that point, pulling it down becomes a two-person job. If no one is around, you are officially stuck. The first time I put it on, I got tangled up so badly it took me five full minutes to get out of it. I was laughing so hard I could barely breathe—which is ironic, because once it’s on, breathing is actually fine. Once It’s On Once you get past the wrestling match, the results are impressive. It slims everything down, holds you in nicely, and doesn’t feel restrictive once it’s properly positioned. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable it is to wear, even for extended periods. One important technical note: If your underwear is made from a similar slippery compression material, things will slide around more than you’d like. I recommend regular underwear underneath—learned that one the hard way. Taking It Off Putting it on is the first hardest part. Taking it off is the second hardest part. Go slow. Don’t force it. This fabric is strong, but if you yank on it like you’re trying to escape a straightjacket, it will rip. Treat it with respect and it’ll last. Build Quality The material feels very well made, thick, durable, and designed to handle serious compression. As long as you don’t rage-rip it off your body, it should hold up well. Final Verdict Does it work? Absolutely. Is it hilarious the first time you use it? Yes. Will it make you look better in clothes? Without question. I would buy it again if I needed to—hopefully I won’t, because I plan on keeping this one intact. If you’re an older guy trying to look your best and don’t mind a brief wrestling match with modern fabric technology, this does the job. Watch out, ladies—here I come. ... show more

It works. The fabric is stretchy but restrictive which is good. The only thing is that it starts to slowly slide up and it gets weird. It also makes some of your pants or specific clothing that will make it kind of slide off. Other than that it works great. Fits like a tank.

Tried a lot of different shirts and this by far is the closest to a second skin, comfortable while tucking just the right places. I've always had a bigger chest, seems to be where I carry my weight as well as love handles. I got an XL, I'm 235Lb and 6'2"j and it works perfect. I have a longer torso and it' still long enough. Not the easiest thing to get on, I'm sure there is likely some secret way I haven't figured out, but even still, it doesn't take long and allows confidence with any fabric type, even the most revealing. Reminds me to stand straight and hold my tummy in. When putting it on it best to grab the bottom edge - otherwise it tends to roll and can be difficult to find to pull down. Once you figure out the best way on and off - it's all good. (I think that it says not to machine wash, but we do, and no trouble. Note: We don't use bleach and are not on city water.) ... show more

I like this shirt a lot. It is quality material that had a softness that felt good.and it has strong compression. It did the best at lifting my belly, so it was flattering in that respect. I even liked the see through areas and considered wearing this on its own for a sexy night out. I also need chest compression, and the tank top only helped create a clearly visible roll of fat around the arm hole. If you have fatty arm pits and chest, you might want a full shirt instead. ... show more
