This product beats the others just for the shear length of the garment. Most products are made for average to shorter torsos, but those of us who have longer torsos and shorter legs ( I’m 5’9 with a 29” inseam), need compression down to the hips, and these are great. And talk about the price, these are less than half the price of the standards used by Sono Bella and other surgery centers. I’m bought 3 for the price of one of theirs, and these have more hooks on the inner binder, so they are adjustable. Sizing is a little more on the smaller side, so if in doubt, go one size up. The adjustable hooks can take a large down to a normal medium. Try one and if you are like me, you will order more!

I’ve had no issues with my beat. I bought it to wear when I workout and/or cut the grass to get an additional sweat. It definitely generates a sweat when you are being active. It also holds you in place if you’re using it as a girdle. Just be mindful that it does heat up your body and could cause you to sweat in those areas.

As a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast, I thought I would give the TAILONG Men Compression Shirt a try to see if it could help me achieve the elusive six-pack I've been working towards for years. Let's just say, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. First off, let's talk about the sizing. I ordered a medium, as I typically do with my shirts, but this thing was so tight I could barely breathe. I felt like I was wearing a corset from the 1800s. My wife even commented that I looked like a sausage ready to burst out of its casing. Not exactly the look I was going for. But I soldiered on, hoping that the compression would at least give me the appearance of a more toned physique. Unfortunately, it didn't quite do the trick. Instead of looking like a Greek god, I resembled more of a lumpy potato. The shirt seemed to accentuate all the wrong areas, making my love handles look like they were trying to escape. To add insult to injury, the shirt was incredibly uncomfortable. The material was scratchy and itchy, and I found myself constantly readjusting it throughout the day. I even tried wearing it to the gym, hoping that the sweat would make it more comfortable, but it just made me feel like a sweaty, uncomfortable potato. In conclusion, if you're looking for a compression shirt to help you achieve the body of your dreams, I would suggest looking elsewhere. I am, Age / 47 Height / 5’7 ft Chest / 38 inch Waist / 34 Weight / 170 lbs Belly / Medium round (no six pack) Body / Normal (not skinny, not fat) Shirt / Medium or Large depending brands but I usually wearing Medium size. My body posture is normal - not skinny and not fat but I have round stomach and little bit of mens boob that shows when I'm wearing shirts. I guess part of the aging process. I was skeptical at the beginning until I ordered Tailong Men Compression Shirt - MEDIUM size. I'm so happy with the results. This is really worked to hide my round stomach and mens boob. I tried it on the first hook (the tighter one) - make sure you pull and flatten your tummy inside when you are putting the hooks together for easier to put it on. The fit is snug and tight but still comfortable, after awhile I get used to it and I don’t have a problem to move around and breathe normally. The zipper compression really makes everything looks even better. Whenever I'm wearing the compression my round stomach and side handle looks flat and slimmer. Now I have so much confident wearing a slim-fit shirt or player version soccer jersey. It’s helped my posture and boost my confidence. I've got so many compliments when I'm wearing it but I realized it's only temporary slim-fit effect created by Tailong compression. I really want to have the real one. It's motivated me to exercise more and go to the gym to build some muscle to have an athletic body and better posture so that I don't have to wear this compression forever. I know it's going to take times and dedication. It's going to be a real “no pain no gain” in the process. In the meantime Thank you Tailong!
