Has fluff to the dress with a slit For the material which it is a cheaper material it's a bit thin however the lining really helps and gives quality its well made and very pretty. My daughter is wearing 3t/4t. She is 2 1/2 and on the tall and solid side. I figure this gives her room to grow. She definitely has about 1 1/2 if not more. Its a little long but I'll just hem it up.
