This is my second time purchasing this as I left it behind during a break up. I think everyone who doesn’t like this product just has too high expectations. Does it steam? Yes. Does it vacuum? Yes. Is it a Dyson vacuum and a professional steamer? No... you aren’t paying $1000 for it. It’s lightweight and I keep the vacuum running while in use. It picks up the dog hair really well but I walk the house and get anything bigger before I start. You need to go slow with the steamer and do at least 2 passes each spot. I have a big house all tile type flooring and I use 2 pads because they get dirty and have to fill the water twice. For the ease of cleaning I think it’s great.

My friend was raving about hers and so I had to get one. So glad I did. We love in Florida where everyone has tile floors. I’ve shared this product with multiple people. It cuts cleaning time in half. The suction on the vacuum is great. It gets the dog-fur tumbleweeds from inched away. I like that you can use swiffer or the washable mop heads. The eucalyptus solution smells nice in the bottle but don’t smell it when used for cleaning so I’d probably skip that part of the purchase if I were doing it over again.

Used this for the first time and I love it! I have hardwood floors and tile in the bathroom, I also have 3 dogs. The vacuum part is great! It gets all the little messes and the stuff you find while mopping. It has a hi-lo steam so you can choose for little or stubborn messes. It got all the dog hair,fuzz,little bones and pieces of chewed up balls. Even got the dried mustard up in the kitchen and dried sticky wax gnat spilled in the bathroom. I love this so much I gave away my shark mop (no steam) and spin mop.
