These running socks are a little heavier than the usual lightweight ones, but that’s actually a good thing. They provide extra cushioning and support, which I really notice on longer runs or rougher trails. Despite the extra thickness, they’re breathable enough to wear comfortably during summer months without overheating. In colder weather, they keep my feet warm without making them sweat, so they’re surprisingly versatile. The fit is snug but not tight, and they don’t bunch or slip down during runs. Plus, the reinforced heel and toe add durability. If you want socks that can handle year-round running—whether it’s hot or chilly—these are a great choice. A bit heavier, but totally worth it for the comfort and protection.

I first saw these socks at a local shoe store. They were $20/pair there. That's quite a bit more than I usually care to pay for socks, but I also figured that they must be pretty special to be priced that high. And since if your feet aren't happy, YOU aren't happy....well I tried them out. I bought a pair of black, and a pair of grey, both Large, based on what the package said my size should be. Weird thing is, the black ones were WAY tighter than the grey ones. So I got rid of the black ones, and bought another 2 pair of grey ones. Within a few weeks, the GREY ones started to feel tight. Since my shoes haven't also started to feel tighter, I concluded that my feet weren't getting bigger. So, I got this 3 pack of XL from Amazon, and at first, they were a LOT better fit. But even these XL's are starting to feel a little tighter. Not too tight to put on, and not actually uncomfortable to wear, but definitely feeling tighter. I'm thinking if your shoe size is over 12, these socks are not for you.

I have a narrow foot and very narrow heal. These socks are the *first* socks I have ever worn that have an amazing fitted feeling in all the right places. They don't slide down over my heal, they don't smush my toes together, they wear well, wash well, don't pill/get fuzzy (for the people showing pilled socks, well I guess if you walk on rough concrete they will do that). These are the very best quality and best fitting socks! I'll buy another 3 pack after I save up my little pennies.

I really wanted these socks to be everything they claimed to be. While the back tab does help provide better comfort against the back of my golf shoes and the socks do stay in place (they don't slip down into the shoe), they are not quite as comfortable or "soft" as the other brand golf socks I use. Even after a half dozen washes, they are still pretty "stiff". Maybe its that stiffness that helps them not slip?? I don't know but for $42 (!) for 3 pairs of socks, I don't think I would order these again. I might get 3 pair for $20, but for $14 ea, they are way over-priced in my opinion.
