Wow these ultra white chocolate wafers are very high quality and melt perfectly when you follow their directions from the back of the package. The directions are front and center and easy to see and follow. That is the most important information to know about this type of melting chocolate. I melted them on low in the microwave 30% power for 30 seconds three times with stirring in between and they melted like a dream. I then added in the color that I was using and they colored beautifully. The texture was smooth and without clumps because I used 30% power the entire time. I will be buying more in the future. They are that good.

This chocolate is amazing. It tastes delicious and melted down so well for me! I used it to make cake pops and when I used this chocolate it was a million times better than other melting products. It was a beautiful white and covered even the dark flavors of cake pop. While it is a bit more, I’d say you definitely get what you pay for and it’s absolute worth it to buy! Will continue to buy in the future.

Bought a bag to see the hype and it was quite the perfect consistency for the dipping cake pops. It has a great shine when dried and perfect crunch. It wasn’t too hard to work with but I will say once I saved a small batch from what u had leftover and after a week it did not melt the same. I might have stored it incorrectly but I will try another time when I can get another bag. The package came in perfect during the summer. It was not melted.

The quality is the chocolate is decent, it melts pretty quickly in under 2 min ,and you don’t need anything to thin the chocolate because it already has that consistency. That’s one thing I’d say I don’t like . I just wish few chocolate was a tad bit thicker. The taste is most definitely sweet and you get what you paid for .

As a new cap pop maker, this is by far the easiest chocolate I have worked with. The texture is silky smooth with little to no air bubbles. It does the job so easily and if dipped at the right temperature leaves the perfect coat thickness. The wafers melt quickly and the color is bright white easy to dye other colors.
