I purchased these to wear to a concert: Tori Kelly's "Purple Skies" tour. The album screamed Y2K vibes and... hello, PURPLE!! The fit: The pants fit a little bit snug around my waist. I ordered a Medium, as I'm typically a medium in leggings and sweatpants. Even though they fit snug, I don't know that I would have sized up because everywhere else, the fit was just right.. any baggier I wouldn't have loved the look as much. They come just above my bellybutton, so they'd look nice with a cropped top as well. I'm 5'7" and they hit right above my ankle; however, depending on the shoe you wear, it won't look like you're about to wade through a flash flood. You can also loosen or tighten the draw string at the ankles. The color: These pants are VERY purple. Less of a royal purple color, more like a deep lilac; which I quite like (see the second pic for the true color). So, keep that in mind :) The quality: Without a doubt, these are some pretty well made pants for an amazon find. It's always hit or miss for me when shopping for clothing.. sometimes things are so thin and very see through; but, the fabric used for these pants are on par with any decently priced cargo's from a traditional retailer. I've washed and dried them with no shrinkage or color bleeding and very minimal wrinkles. All of the pockets are functional! ... show more

Love this fit of these. I’m 5’7” ish and 135-140 lbs with a 27 inch waist and 38-39 inch hips and got a small. I got a size small and I felt the waist was pretty tight - but it actually fit me in the hips which amazed me. Bought these for a Steampunk themed New Years party and they were perfect. They are super comfy and I enjoy the fact that it has plenty of pockets. I kept them after the party because they're nice to have if I want to wear casual pants.

I love these pants! They are wonderful! I love the material first of all. It is easy to put on since the waist band is very stretchy and has a draw string tighten.
