Ordered the lights, came quickly, installed fairly easy. I ordered the 18 light kit and it took around 6 hours start to finish. Just got off work, never done it before and went straight back to work (12 hour shift), so that’s why it took so long. Everything worked great until I found out my brother in law got a light kit as well and my remote worked both kits and his only worked his. So I didn’t want interference between the two kits so I contacted Suzco directly and they helped me 150%. They are awesome! Very responsive. You will have excellent after sales service.     • Delay when turn signal cancels.
The install was moderately difficult to do and took a moderate amount of time (approximately 12 hours). The LED strips are super bright and crisp. The turn signal feature is responsive and makes the vehicle stand out. The brake lights are quick and scream STOP. The issue I'm having, and I'm removing a few stars because of this... when you step off the brake pedal the lights turn off for a moment and then the running lights selected come on. It's not an instant switch back from brake red to running light green (the color I selected as my default running light). This same delay occurs when your turn signal is cancelled and the controller has to pause for a second before switching back to the running lights you selected. I don't understand why that delay takes place, stepping off the brakes and the LED controller has to think for a second and then switch back to running lights. If that delay can be removed the LED experience would be far superior. It's unfortunate because it took about 12 hours to install and several panels had to be removed and holes drilled into the body panels to securely seat the LED strips. Update: Seller has exceptional customer service, refunded me my order including the wires. 5* ... show more

I installed this on my 2009 triumph speed 1050. Installation was easy. Directions are easy to understand. Their customer service is excellent! The LEDs are super bright. They come with enough extension cables to get the job done. The turn signal and brake light function works as described. I Purchased additional “Y“ splitters to accommodate the left and right function for all 18 LED strips. This kit does not require a high level of skill to install. Some basic mechanical skills it’s all you need to get this job done. I removed my gas tank front fender and chin spoiler. That made it much easier to prep the surface and stick the LED strips. You will need to purchase separately an in-line fuse. You will need a test light to locate the positive (+) Side of your left and right turn signal and brake light circuit. I soldered my connections and used heat shrink. On the turn signal and brake light wire connections You will also need some zip ties. I used about 20 of them to keep all the wires neatly tucked out of the way. There is not a smart phone app for this kit. Which was fine with me. The preset color choices worked for me. If you’re looking for an infinite color choice. One of their other kits with the smart phone app would be the way to go. I am a certified mechanic. You definitely don’t need to be one to install this product. Be prepared to spend a couple of hours installing this product. If you take your time and plan things out you can hardly see the wiring. ... show more

    • Good product, excellent costumer service
I liked this product very much, easy to install (its a lot work to get it properly done) but not bad at all. I bought in in October 2020. It worked like should for about 3 month then started flashing, like the power was going on and off from time to time. it was like that until last week when I decided to investigate to see what was causing it. I found a connector right out of the main box corroded so bad that one terminal just despaired. I sent an email to Suzco on sunday night, they answered me on monday asking me for my complete address to send a replacement unit. Today wednesday the new unit was at my door step. Installed on 2010 CVO SG - I did purchase extra extenders so that I can run both left and right lights completely independent. That way, I could tap into my turn signals in order for my left or right lights to be in sync when I activate my turn signals. I haven't seen many people do this, and it was worth the extra research looking at my bikes wiring diagram. I also tapped into my brake lights so they are in sync when I brake as well. I was only any to use 16 light strips, and on my touring bike - that was more than enough. I used heat shrink to filly waterproof the connectors (just in case) but by does this omits the ability to unplug and rearrange. Do yourself a favor and zip tie everything (just trust the double siding tape alone). The install took me a full day (I’m a perfectionist) and on my bike touring bike, I went as far as to remove the front wheel, the tank, air cleaner, horn, seat and saddlebags for fully conceal all the wires. The key is to not see the strips, but to see the glow. **Update** - over a year in and still working just fine. However, after a detailed wash the other day none of my lights would come back on. I emailed the company and explained my issue and asked for troubleshooting suggestions. While waiting for their reply, I found that the kill switch must have suffered water damage and was no longer working. I cut the wire and bypassed the switch by grounding out the wire and all the lights came back on. I had an extra momentary switch laying around, so I used that in order to fully solve the issue. I received a response from my email (less than a day later) apologizing for my issue and wanted to send me a new control box (no charge). I let them know, no need that I fixed the issue but to maybe waterproof the kill switch on future versions. Because my kit is over a year old, they may have fixed this issue already. If not, I suggest pulling the kill switch housing open and flooding it with hot glue to ensure its fully waterproof. 5-star product (still) 5-star customer service. ... show more
