I had been wanting a ribbed workout set. For reference I weigh 135 lbs, am 5’4” and 34B bra; I got a medium in the royal blue color. It looked tiny out of the package, tried it on and it was a little snug. Likely could have worn a large short but the large top would have definitely been too big. You can see I carry my weight in my butt and thighs. I worked out in it this morning, cardio and abs and it didn’t budge. It seemed to stretch out as I wore it. The halter does pull on my neck some but not too bad. If you have a larger chest it would likely be more of a problem. Great thickness. Love the color. I may get another set. Will see how this holds up.

OK, wow. I am beyond impressed with this set. It's so flattering on and the fit is good. The material feels sturdy and good quality. I'm super picky with my sportswear, especially my bike shorts. I feel like it's so difficult to find a pair that are seamless, the right length, and that fit properly. These shorts are perfect in length, are squatproof AND are seamless without having that weird "butt scrunch" effect or the dreaded camel toe. As for the top, I'm pretty flat chested so it's a challenge finding sports bras that are flattering for my shape. But this one actually is! It gives me a bit of shape too. For reference, I'm 5'7 and 120 lbs and am very lean and this is definitely very snug on me, so I can see it running small for others. Other than that...PERFECT.

I am 5’4” 144 lbs and have short torso, long legs, and a broad back, I’m a 34C and I was pleasantly surprised. The shorts were the perfect size but the neck on the halter is super tight so if you hate that feeling this is not the set for you, the shorts stretch a bit after tugging on them and the booty scrunch is super flattering. Sucks you in, not too short. Took out the bra pads and would use 5his for weightlifting only. The black is not see through.

I recently got back into working out and wasn’t crazy about spending 100+ on gym shark or lulu lemon sets. I wanted to give this a try because it was so cheap. The quality of the fabric is great! It’s ribbed which I actually ended up liking. It holds me in well and I feel confident in it. I love the boldness of the color. It shapes the booty great too! I ordered a size large and am happy with it, I normally get medium but I think it would have been way too tight. Thinking about purchasing in another color!

Now I got this to inspire myself to workout more often. And the way my booty looked in the bottoms!! Omg who needs a bbl cause these got it! The top was also soft and I was able to go jogging in it without problems which tells me it’s reinforced enough that it wasn’t painful.

The set is super cute and good quality material but the sizing runs super small. I’m 5’2 125lb and I ordered a medium and after testing the set out and washing it it’s definitely way too small on me and also shrunk in the wash. Makes me look lumpy, so I would go up an extra size even though I’m never a large, either small or medium.

I'm 5'9, ~160 but mostly muscle. I wear a size 6/8 (34C/D) depending on the brand and bought a M in this and it fit perfectly! Not at all see through, super comfy. Definitely holds everything in and is a great workout set. I wouldn't run in it but that's just preference, but I wore it for both a leg day and back day, and was completely comfortable the whole time (ie the girlies weren't falling out) !
