I'm not saying you NEED this shirt for winter, but ......Just kidding. You need this shirt for winter. The fit and color are beautiful. The material is thin but not see through, and is SO stretchy. The lace neckline is gorgeous, and reversible - you can wear it boatneck with a chic low-back and lace detail. The lace trim is very soft and solid quality. Been washed several times and looks just like new. No itchy seams ANYWHERE! And I'm VERY sensitive. It's breathable enough for 70° but warm enough to layer for the freezing cold too. I have gotten so many compliments on this top. And it's really so much like the name brand ones that are 2x the price - the same fiber content and everything. Just a note: Do follow the care instructions. But consider hand washing. The Washing machine seems to leave a detergent residue that makes the fabric scratchy. A rinse with diluted vinegar and line drying gets it like new again. Fortunately thanks to the cashmere content, it does NOT get stinky and dirty the first wear like polyester does. You can get around 2-3 wears before it needs washed again. ... show more

I purchased this top because it's similar to the Intimissimi cashmere top but only half the price (I paid $32 as opposed to $65). I tried the Intimissimi one on in store and loved it, it felt so comfy, so soft but expensive and only 8% cashmere. Then I saw this one on Amazon for a much better price and 17% cashmere. I was so excited to receive it but it's not soft at all. It doesn't feel like there's even a single percent of cashmere. It's scratchy and feels like plastic. Also, it runs big around the waist. Just like the imtimissimi top but a little less see through. Really soft and stretchy, I think it’s perfect for those of you who don’t want to spent that much money on the OG top. I got the grey and it fit me quite well, though I will say it’s not as tight as I’d like it to be.

I like the cloth feel of the main shirt, but the lace trim feels and looks cheap. Also advertised as reversible and that option looks ridiculous.
