This comes with so many fun gadgets for making sushi and onigiri, it would also be good for making neat bento box items. It's a really cool set with everything you need for some kitchen fun ... except instructions! There is a page with really great instructions to use the sushi bazooka, but not really anything else. A lot of it feels self explanatory for someone a with a bit of kitchen experience, but maybe not for beginners. If gifting it might be nice to print out or save some links to instructions for some of it other products in this kit. That said we are going to have so much fun using this and I can't wait to introduce my nieces to sushi with some of their favorite foods using the sushi forms. ... show more
