I am a 6 foot 2 inch person with a male’s body at 265 pounds. I decided to try out being a drag queen for my 30th birthday, so I bought these shoes as the first pair of heels I have worn EVER. If you wear heels on a regular basis, your opinion may differ. For me, these heels have been a great pair to learn in. I wear a size 12 in men’s, and I bought a 14 in these. They seem to fit perfect, maybe SLIGHTLY large, though they don’t cause much pain. The heel wobbles a slight amount when I put weight on them, but I’ve worn them out 3 times so far and it hasn’t broke, even when I accidentally step into a crack in the concrete. ... show more

I loved how these looked, but my feet were too wide for it to fit properly and comfortably. I am not well experienced with high heels, so some of the discomfort was undoubtedly just from that, but they were nonetheless too narrow for my wide feet. If you have relatively normal sized feet for women, I'd imagine this would fit well, but if you have wider feet, you may have a harder time. ... show more

For reference, I usually wear a size 8.5 in most shoes, and 9 in most boots. A lot of other reviewers said to size up, so I went with the 9. It. fits. PERFECTLY. I cannot believe how comfortable these shoes are!!! I was afraid that I might be past my high-heel days (as anything beyond 2 inches has been difficult for me to manage these past few years), but these fit like a dream and aren't bothersome to walk in at all. Honestly, they're sooooo comfortable. Have you ever seen "Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium"? He finds a pair of shoes that he loves so completely that he bought enough to last him for the rest of his life... That's how I feel with these boots - I need enough backup pairs to last me forever! The shoes look as great as they feel, they're not squeaky at all when I walk, they're are easy to lace up, and they have good grip on the soles so I don't have to worry about slipping on hard floors or wet ground.
