This heel are beautiful. They came just as pictured. I gave a 4 star just because I think they could do a little tweaking with the ankle straps( just kinda loose and to much strap there) and on the foot area(they've got the foot slot so so wide, if they would take in that part a tad so there's not so much bare space, they would fit perfectly). Other than that the shoes are great. I ordered a 7.5 which is my true size, I can do a 7 as well. I am exchanging them for a 7 to see if it will help with all the empty space at my foot. And I feel that the half size just looked a tad big on me. Which is normal I swap btwn a 7/7.5...the heels are comfy and the heel is just the perfect height. They go so cute with multiple outfits!! UPDATE ON EXCHANGE: As u can see in the pics the 2nd pair did not come as nice as the 1st, in all honestly they look like they were a return and they didn't have the separate bags , the cushions, and they were unbuckled and such. However that's not a huge issue to me. They still look nice. Now the sizing wow going from a 7.5 to a 7 was a dramatic change. Like I said I teeder btwn the 2. The 7 just fit perfect.
