Not too hard to assemble; even with arthritic hands and how I can't use tools, I got it together in about 20 minutes, which is record time for me! They include a Phillips head screwdriver for the 4 screws it takes to put it together. It's nice and sturdy. Two of the middle shelves easily slide out in case you have something really thick to store but there is plenty of room on these shelves for lots of papers and folders. I would buy again.

Super easy to put together and I can fit everything I need in this desk organizer. **Only Issue** - This is pretty large and bulky, if you have a large desk this is great, but it would take up way too much space on a smaller desk. I got this for use at an overnight race where I slide waiting food onto a shelf and wanted people to be able to slide it out to get their food when they returned from a lap. It did what I needed it too, but one of the three sliding shelves is too stiff to pull out easily, hence the one-star deduction. Otherwise, it's great. I love that they even sent a cheap screwdriver for those who don't have tools. While I do, I didn't have to bother getting them.

Product looks like the pictures. Some minor cosmetic stuff but for the price you can't beat them. The metalwork is not perfect but everything does fit together and you wouldn't know once assembled. The fabrication is a little more generous on the back of it with width then necessary but all screws went in place and the only shifting is trays probably designed to pull forward on their own if you grab everything. I think you should buy it and see if it meets your needs. It evens comes with two extra screws which is unheard of in this category of items.

I absolutely love these black mesh organizers. I have a total of (4) of them in my classroom and it has helped tremendously with my paper organization and presents a nice and tidy look to the area behind my desk. I have received many complements from my fellow team members regarding how organized my classroom looks, and I can tell you that these organizers have definitely contributed to that overall aesthetic. Liked appearance, ease of assembly. Amount it can hold. I added a piece of double sided tape to rear section of shelf, it helps shelf stay put if your taking out a binder.
