I bought this dress for an 80s event because the color and the styling was what I want it for an 80s rocker chic look. I lost a good bit of weight and I am fitting into extra large to one X clothing so this had me a little nervous because I thought it might show all the lumps and bumps and I seen the reviews where it’s 50-50 on how it fits. I decided I’m gonna take a chance and when it did arrive, I thought oh my God this is gonna be small when I pulled it out of the bag. It looked a lot smaller, but I noticed it had a lot of stretch. I put it on, and I wear a shaper with it to help hold in my lumps and bumps. And in all honesty, I looked amazing in it. I look sexy, and I am still a woman, but I have an hourglass figure. The rib on this helps hold you and bumps and then using the body shaper also helped smooth me out. Just a note, my body shapers just a panty girdle. Basically this dress does fit, but it’s gonna be what you are comfortable with your body. If you’re self-conscious and you’re worried about what people are going to think this is not gonna be the dress for you. But if you’re comfortable with your body, you’re gonna find out that it’s gonna look amazing on you like I did in all honesty.
