    • HORRIBLE in snow
We just got a fluke snowstorm here in upstate NY and I just put these tires on my SUV the week before. I got stuck FOUR times today in four different places …. I’m guessing it’s the tread on them, they literally spin and will not grab, even in a small amount of snow. I almost got in an accident this morning trying to get up a hill and my car could not make it with these tires. On my way home this afternoon I turned onto my road got stuck and had to be towed out and towed 2 miles up the road. I’ve owned this car for 3 years and have never ever had a problem anything like this in snow or ice until putting these tires on my car. If you live in a snowy area I would highly suggest you do not chose these tires. And sadly $200 later plus $40 for balancing and I’m stuck with them and won’t even get a year out of them as they are horrible in snow. Can’t wait to see if they are equally as bad in rain. Purchased these tires for my 2004 Lexus RX330. They truly add a smooth, quiet and more handling to my ride compared to the previous tires I had installed. Have not had any rain to test them out here, but will update when that time comes. I was skeptical about them with the price, but I can say they are worth the purchase. I also like the opportunity given to have them shipped to a tire shop, and have them installed for me for a small fee. Update: Had some rainy weather the past couple of days. The tires really provide good grip to the road. I felt safe driving in the rain and driving on I-285, the tires provided safety when changing lanes and driving through the water build up on the interstate. Great purchase!!! ... show more
