All the "Solids Not Quite White" colors were various shades of ecru, cream, and tan/beige, when I quilted them. But after I washed them ONE fabric, which seemed exactly like the others in terms of fabric composition, surface, etc, changed to a light blue, in ALL the pieces used in my quilt. I can't figure this out because all the blue fabrics that I also used in this quilt look exactly the same, nothing is faded or appears to have run. None of the other fabrics from the same Kona bundle were affected at all. T he quilt turned out okay, although it was not the effect I was after, but I am mystified about how this could happen since theoretically all the fabrics were the same. The other thing I noticed is that the bright white fabric that you can see in the top right of both photos , and which came from the same Kona bundle, appeared to be a different fabric than the rest of the bundle. More loosely woven and coarser and thinner. It was a little difficult to use because the looser weave made it "stretchy". This second issue has nothing to do with washing, I noticed immediately on receipt, but I didn't mind since traditionally the fabrics for a quilt would have come out of different scraps and sources anyway. It just makes me wonder about this fat quarter bundle and how it was prepared. Note: I usually don't leave reviews, and would have messaged the seller privately if there had been an option to do so that didn't have to do with a return or refund. I am not looking for a return or refund, but I think the seller should know. ... show more
