  • Modern finance uses debt in much safer ways
Format: Paperback
Isolating assets from the whole company makes it safer to finance through debt. Examples are aircraft, intellectual property, songs etc. It is also a safer way to raise leverage on entire companies. The examples in this book are right up to date and also have a European flavor.
