We didn’t open it and decided to send it back because it arrived too late as a gift. I got the Stokke crib elsewhere but recipient said it was a bit cumbersome to put together. Also while I was shopping for the mattress there are NO other options besides the Stokke brand oval mattress which is not only expensive but not the very best quality either. I would recommend going with a different brand that offers standard baby mattress sizes. ... show more

I was really looking forward to receiving the Stokke crib, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. To begin with, I received a completely different product on my first order, which led to the hassle of obtaining a refund and having to purchase the crib a second time. Now that I've received the correct crib, half of the brackets from the screwbag are missing! I'm unable to assemble the bed due to this. It's extremely frustrating to have to deal with these issues after spending a good amount of money on what I thought would be a high-quality product. This has not only cost me time but has caused great inconvenience as my baby has been left without a proper bed. I expected better from a brand like Stokke. ... show more

I ordered & paid for the crib and extension pack & only received the mini. I’ve tried several avenues now & getting frustrated. It’s only giving me the option to return the item. I just want the extension kit I’m missing.
