Update: the seller reached out after I posted my original review and offered a full refund and didn’t need me to ship back the balloons. I’m very impressed by the customer service and happy how it was resolved. We got these balloons to send to school for my daughters classroom today (Valentine’s Day). While blowing up the balloons, 3 weren’t sealed all the way so they couldn’t even be used. Then, we had a few more blown up and some of the seams would burst. I’m super upset we can’t send them to school. I requested a refund but the seller wants all the balloons back. What a waste. Update- Seller reached out to me once I posted the original 2 star review and issued me a full refund for the items. I was very impressed with their Great customer service! Based on other reviews, I’m sure I just happen to get a defective set and that does happen. Based on how the seller handled the issue, I’d definitely buy from them again. These are so adorable but unfortunately 5 of the 20 balloons wouldn’t stay inflated (defects/holes) ! If it had been only one or two, not a big deal, but 25% defective was very disappointing and would not recommend ... show more
