My home inkjet printer had no issues with the material, and I found that printing on the material in a light blue worked great. (When I dissolved the material, the light blue ink just ran right off my white fabric item and didn't stain at all, but your experience may vary.) This item offers a great value and is very easy to use. I found it adhered well to my fabric/canvas item, though I do typically apply a long tacking stitch to keep the edges from coming loose as I stitch.
