I bought these with the intention of them being like my cute and comfy underwear for sleeping and my period. They’re super soft and breathable. The lace isn’t itchy or anything, and considering I have sensitive skin, this is a win for me. Tens for sure.

Honestly, these kind of suck. They definitely run large. Based on your measurements, size DOWN one size. I measured for XL but the L fits properly....after they stretch out from wearing them, could easily have gotten a size Medium They are not nice quality. They fall apart at the seams after first wash. Stretch out the longer you wear them. Not nice fabric. Center "strip" is not wide enough to comfortably cover the "goods." Hard pass for me.
