Be$t bang for your hard earned $$$

Review Image by Jamaal Robinson Jamaal Robinson
If you really shop around and look at the specs compared to other desktops, it's almost the best you can buy for that price range. Everything else that is close has a smaller screen, earlier generation processor or is refurbished. What more could you want if you're not a serious gamer? It operates seamless and even though it has windows 10, Microsoft is force updating for Windows 11 so even that isn't a selling point anymore. I opted for 1tb storage and 16gb ram which can easily be upgraded to 32gb for less than $40 if you have the "know how", plus most products on the cheaper scale of things are just rebranded and resold by China anyway. So that 1000 laptop you bought is being renamed and resold online for half that. Research before you buy anything. ... show more

Failed twice
Style: 22" FHD/I5/512G/Silver
The media could not be loaded. I bought a computer from these guys and the hard drive corrupted within 100 days. I called their customer service and started the return process which seemed painless enough. I got an RMA but had to pay $60 to ship it back to them. I thought fine, it’s the cost of doing business. I got the replacement computer a week later and fired it up. The screen has a terrible refresh rate and looks like a TV looking for signal in 1993. It’s also slower than the first one and already had issues computing any data. I emailed support back and told them of my issues. It has been 2 weeks since I sent that email an no one has responded. I have called the company and had my “call drop” several times. I will be taking this up with Amazon customer support as well as the BBB. Not only did I get 2 defective computers but I also had to pay out of pocket for shipping to them to only receive another damaged product. Do not buy from this seller at all. ... show more

Perfect Starter Computer for My Daughter
Style: 22" FHD/I7/1T/Silver
My daughter has been begging me for a gaming station for months, and I was finally able to surprise her with this computer for Christmas! While it's not technically a "gaming" computer, it’s the perfect fit for her needs. She mostly plays simple games like Roblox, so this computer is more than enough to handle it without breaking the bank. The size of the computer is ideal for her new desk, and I love how everything is built into the monitor—super sleek and space-saving. But the best feature, hands down, is the light-up keyboard, mouse, and mouse pad! My daughter absolutely loves it, and it adds that extra touch of excitement to her setup. For the price and what we needed it for, this computer was perfect. I’m so glad we didn’t go for a thousand-dollar gaming PC. This is the ideal "starter" computer for her, and it makes me feel confident that we made the right choice. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase—great value and exactly what we needed. Five stars! ... show more

Works well right out of the box.
Style: 24" FHD/I5/Silver
Careful and robust packing protected the product well. Started perfectly. The cheesy, wired keyboard lacked ergonomics and was immediately discarded. Wired mouse was meh! Good value for the money!

The computer was just what I needed and worked fine for 2 weeks and the hard drive failed.

LOVE IT
Style: 22" FHD/I7/1T/Silver
I adore this computer. Literally no issues so far and allows me to play the few games I have downloaded as am able to check my emails and handle the kids school. It’s perfect for me. The only downfall is my daughter loves the light up keyboard and demands to smack all the keys as im using it 😂😂❤️

Nice product, well described Gaming PC
Style: 22" FHD/I7/1T/Silver
Bought for school because typing 8-10 page papers on my Macbook was just not working out anymore. A lot of the specs are comparable to iMac, and It’s a very good dupe for a 2019 or earlier iMac if you’re an Apple fan, and I came to the conclusion that it’s a prime candidate for a Hackintosh (if you’re into that sort of customization). I purchased the 1TB, 16gb, i7 processor version so I might try to hack it when summer rolls around, because I do miss my Mac. Out of the box setup is easy, and Windows 10 does have some sign on features that allow you to use your phone. I turned off Cortana immediately. Microsoft Edge is annoying, but usable enough to not download Safari or Chrome ... show more
