The box looks like it got stained by some kind of oil but there were no holes on the packaging which leads me to believe they were shipped out in that condition. The shoes however were wrapped in plastic so they came clean. Thought about returning them but didnt want to go through the hassle over a box so i just put gloves on, rescued the shoes, and threw all the packaging away. I did like the style of the shoes and they do seem to run small so I got them one size bigger according to the size chart and they fit well. Also in general if you want your shoes to last, don't take off your shoes by kicking it off with your other foot as it can loosen the soles, it seems like that could happen with these. I rate the shoes five stars because they're soft and stylish but I took off two stars for all the hand washing I had to do until i felt clean enough because i obliviously touched the box when I first took it out of the packaging. ... show more

The shoes look super cute but the fit was a bit off and it was oddly narrow in my toe area. My big toe was noticeably uncomfortable and rubbing into the side. I’ll try a half a size larger and see.

I'm so disappointed these didn't fit. I ordered 11 and they fit like a 9.5. I have been looking for SO LONG for a shoe that looks cute with straight leg jeans and I was super excited to see these in the tan/cream combo. These fit too snug heel to toe. I’m a size 10 always, in everything. I don’t have wide feet and they fit width wise, but my toes were smushed and I only had to take a few steps to know they’d be painful to wear. I love the style, but they’re also NOT flexible.
