I had been meaning to get a nice brown casual shoe that also worked with a professional look. I wanted something comfortable since I'm on my feet all day. This shoe checked all the boxes! No need to size up or down, these fit my normal shoe size. The right one fit perfect right away, the left was snug. But I simply rubbed some water on the inside where the snug parts were and the shoe loosened up great, fits perfect on the left too. These are comfortable to walk in during the day too. Definitely recommend the purchase. It took 2 days of regular use, on feet most of the time, and these were broken in nicely. I'm sure after a couple weeks of regular wear they'll be absolutely perfect.

Great boots. One of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever purchased. I have an average foot width and these fit perfect. If you bought other Steve Madden products, I would just suggest ordering the same size in your other Steve Madden shoes/boots - it worked for me. The look is great, too. Fantastic for casual wear. Will also look great if you need to lay the smack down on some jerk - great @ss kickers.

My wife really kept bugging me to get a pair of chukkas. I didn't want them, I didn't like the style or the look at all. I finally broke down and we looked through TONS of chukkas with me vetoing each pair. We finally came across these and I really couldn't say I hated them. We ordered them and they've turned out to be a good pair of shoes. Comfortable for regular wear and the fit is as expected for me. I liked the color and lines on these shoes which I could not say about other chukkas. That and they look great with jeans and a button-up or sweater. Nice way to dress yourself up a bit while still feeling casual.

I love these! I wear them at work. I did buy some insoles because I’m on my feet a lot. They are so comfortable and cute though. However, I did have to condition them with shoe oil and break them in. They came very stiff, as expected with a leather shoe. But, I loveeee these. So nice

Originally purchased a size 16 because 15 was out of stock... These are true to size in my opinion I wear a 15 in most shoes... After I returned the 16s the 15s were available... On to the shoes, these are high quality shoes you would expect to pay over $100 for at a retail store. I like the camel color leather to match my belt almost perfectly, definitely a more modern styling that is subtle enough for casual wear, but can also be worn with a nice suit and not overly draw attention to your feet.

I would have gone up a half a size I think however I do like these. The leather and craftsmanship are great, they are very nice looking shoes that you can dress up or down. The laces are a bit long so I swapped them out and they are fine now. As good as they look they aren’t as comfortable as I had hoped. That being said I still wear them most every day and they are becoming my go to. I had rockports before these and I loved them I still find myself reaching for them after years of heavy everyday use. I should have spent the extra few dollars and just bought those again but saving 20-30$’s I figured what difference could there be…. I just purchased a black pair of rockports and they are a bit more comfortable right out of the box. Don’t let my like or preferences dissuade you, these maddens are really good looking boots and I wear them more than any other shoes I have. They are not work boots, nor are they dress shoes. They are nice looking casual shoes with jeans or khakis these are perfect.

Bought these and wore them for the first time in a summer wedding, outdoor in the mountains in Arizona in the low 90s with grass and gravel and hills. Wore them for about 13 straight hours and they are comfortable, grippy on gravel and grass, light weight, breathable and stylish. Big fan!
