I’m a college student who has been snowboarding for 5 years and my buddies and I decided to buy gear instead of renting since we go every year. I was looking for an affordable, good quality board and I found it here for sure. I tuned and waxed this board before hitting the slopes and it performed great! Just as good if not better than my Burton rentals, and definitely durable. Took a few hard turns where I clipped some rocks and the board took no noticeable damage. It handled great, from small turns to hard carves the board responded perfectly and the bindings were very sturdy. One of my buddies bought one of the board boot bindings bundles from amazon and this board 10/10 performed better and was much more durable. Awesome board for me as an infrequent boarder with a moderate skill level, especially for the price! Also, I really appreciated the personal message I received from Stauber after buying this board. If I needed another board I would definitely be back to Stauber.

I've had this snowboard for about 3 years as a beginner. It's much lighter than rental boards. It's more nimble and easier to steer. It's easier on your legs when you're on the lift. The bindings have held up the first 2 seasons, and only one of the straps have popped off towards the end of the 3rd season, however it was easily fixed with a screwdriver. The edges have chipped and the surface scratched easily but that's due to my lack of riding skills and running into rocky areas. Overall this was a solid buy for a beginner without breaking the bank. If you're unsure how long you will snowboard as a beginner, this would be a solid option over rental boards.

I chose the STAUBER Snowboard because it looked like a quality board at a great price. Putting the bindings on took just a few minutes, and then I was ready to go. Did I mention I never snowboarded before? My friend gave me some quick lessons, and soon enough I was master of the bunny slope! Eventually, I did take go down a green run several times, and it was awesome! Very happy with this board!

Every season I rent a snowboard, boots, and bindings. I was in the market for a new rig, not gonna lie, I was skeptical about buying a snowboard online, but for the price I couldn't complain. I am officially a true believer! This snowboard package is incredible and for the price, I am more then happy. Yesterday I tested this package on the mountain and was really impressed with the quality of the snowboard and bindings. The profile on the board and the structure of the bindings made for a super comfortable ride, I never felt like I was gonna catch an edge. In my opinion, this is a great purchase. If you are in the market and don't want to brake the bank, I recommend buying this board.

I used the board for one day on the slopes and was constantly catching an edge and falling. I couldn’t understand why this was happening but the board is just awful. I switched to an actual board and was doing great, no falls, no caught edges. At the end of the afternoon i inspected the board and it was delaminating all over the sides of the board. It’s cheap for a reason y’all. Get a real board and not this Amazon garbage. Also the bindings are atrocious and the ratchet consistently was catching every time i tried to unlatch. Just run from this board.

Even though I don’t have much experience snowboarding, I really really love how this board slides down the slopes. I was able to do everything I wanted smoothly.

Have used this board twice as a complete beginner. The board is good although it’s hard to take the binding off during my first ride. Therefore I put a few drops of oil into the clicker as lubricant. Never have trouble taking the binding off on my second ride.
