So I ordered 153 board/bindings based in the company's posted recommendations. Extremely pleased. I had fun today and that is what it really is all about. I had zero issues w/ board/bindings (and I use "mittens" vs gloves). For reference I paired this set-up w some 11 Burton Rulers. 5'9" and 180lbs. I am an intermediate snowboarding but hadn't boarded in about 5 years and previously rented gear. So, this is my "first" board and I could not be happier. Great quality product. I did have a couple of questions after purchase and the company was extremely responsive and professional. Will gladly do business with them again. Update--thought I'd provide a 30 day update. Have now gone to mountains 3 different times. I made some minor binding adjustments after my first trip. Zero since. Am having a blast. 100% confidence in this set. Very pleased with my purchase.

I love this board! I have been snowboarding for several years now and this was the first board I purchased. Great quality for the price. I have heard nothing but good things about their customer service, but I have not yet had a reason to contact them. Awesome starter board for anyone. My son tried it and now prefers it over his own. I would highly recommend it.

I'm new to snowboarding and hesitant to invest hundreds, even a thousand plus in new gear, but definitely didn't want to continue renting equipment. I found Stauber's Summit package but wasn't sure of the best sizing. There are tons of sizing recommendations based on height, weight, style, experience, etc. online, making it very confusing. Some say go shorter, some say go longer as a newbie and after initially ordering a kit, I asked a question and got a very fast response from the Stauber team indicating I should go a bit shorter. I received the board/binding kit and it's incredibly easy to set up, aside from understanding the best binding positioning. The (L) binding size fits my size 11 boots perfectly and the quality feels great. The design is solid and appealing. It took about 1 week to arrive. After a long day on the slopes, I did notice slight delamination and a crack on the nose of the board. I reached out to Stauber's support team with pictures, received a very quick response, and have been shipped a replacement board. The customer service response was exceptional. For a beginner looking to get on the slopes and learning snowboarding, this is a great option.

I took this board up yesterday and ahead a great time. I’m 5’10” and 160lbs. I got a 153cm and I feel it was perfect for me. This board is light and easy to control. It’s a good board for beginners. Unfortunately I live in Las Vegas and Mt. Charleston is where I went. The conditions were not the best. I still had a blast with this board. I can wait to go again. Hopefully in Utah next time.

I didn't quite know what to expect when I ordered, so I was pleasantly surprised. I've always rented boards and finally decided to buy one. When I put this board together with the bindings I could see that this is a really great board with quality. It's also very flexible and turns easily. Great board overall!

I purchased this board and it came with binding problems. The little notch that holds the toe binding in place on the right binding did not come with a plastic stopper that goes in the hole of the binding. It is the one that holds the buckle in place. Please send a new right binding ASAP because I was supposed to go snowboarding on Monday but am not forced to rent because of manufacturing problems. As you can see in the picture, one of the toe bindings is secure with the small black stopper but the other is not. I am very disappointed and need a new binding ASAP.

The media could not be loaded. I can’t rave enough about this snowboard and this company! Not only is the snowboard amazing for the price, Stuaber’s customer service is top notch. I had used the board a couple times at Winter Park Resort in Colorado. It handles very well, with sharp carves and quick response. After a couple days of multiple runs, I noticed a crack along the top face of my board. I don’t know what caused it but was very distraught. I reached out to the company, sent them pictures and explained my situation. I was outside my return window so was worried that I was out of luck. The rep responded, sympathized for my situation, and they sent me a replacement board 4 days later at no cost! I was blown away by how cool they were about the situation. I’ve been recommending these guys ever since, and will definitely be purchasing more items in the future.

The board works great, the buckles stuck so we contacted the seller and they immediately responded and offered a discount refund back to our card and a replacement of new buckles. We haven't tried the new buckles yet but I must say this seller truly cares about their customers and stand behind their product 100%. They were very professional, courteous, responsive, caring and generous with their response. That's pretty much all you would hope for when buying from any seller. 5 stars for customer service!
