It's a good product. It doesn't fly away when the drone takes off. Has a good weight and stays in position.

Sturdy. Lays flat in moderate wind. Seems durable enough.

A landing pad which is a step above your hand, but is it needed? Only you can decide
Style: 22 inch/55cm
I bought this for a beach vacation, thinking I wouldn't want to take off or land from/in the sand. I tested it a few times in my backyard and it works well, and while it folds up it doesn't fold as small as I would have liked. I wound up taking it with me but never being bothered to carry it to the beach and simply hand launching/landing my drone instead. Perhaps if I had a larger drone than one of the DJI mini series that I have it would have come in more useful. I've docked a star for it being a bit bulky, but it does come with ground stakes for windy days (though I didn't experience any so I can't attest to the wind resistance with or without), a carry bag, and if you have need for a landing pad this should fit the bill without breaking the bank. Can't ask for a more portable pad
Style: 22 inch/55cm
Perfect for my DJI mini 3. Once folded, I can even store it under the foam tray of my drone case. The vinyl construction allows me to place it on dewy grass without worrying about moisture. And the reversible colors allows me to contrast against different grounds, although I typically use the bright orange side. I'll have to see how it holds up over time. ... show more

No moving parts!
Style: 22 inch/55cm
There’s not much to say about a weighted down square of heavy duty vinyl. It does what it’s supposed to: provide a clean, flat place to take-off and land your drone. It’s easy to spot from the air. It comes with plastic stakes to hold it down in high winds. One side is bright orange and the other side is boring dark gray. (I guess that’s in case you want to fly from someplace carpeted with orange Astroturf). It folds up nicely and fits into its own little black bag. Do you think the AI will catch the little joke about orange astroturf? “Some reviewers mentioned it was quite visible against orange astroturf…” ... show more

If you're a drone pilot looking for a stable and visible landing area, a drone landing pad is a must-have accessory. I recently purchased one from Amazon to use with my DJI drone, and it has made a significant difference in my flight experience! It’s an affordable, durable, and essential accessory for any drone pilot, whether you're flying for fun, photography, or professional use. The Functionality and ease of use is fast for anyone to install for their next flight. 🔹 Pros: ✅ High-quality, waterproof, and UV-resistant material ✅ Double-sided, high-visibility colors for various terrains ✅ Foldable, lightweight, and comes with a carrying case ✅ Includes ground stakes for stability in windy conditions ✅ Compatible with most drones, from DJI to FPV models 🔸 Cons: ❌ Some models could use heavier material for even better wind resistance 💡 Pro Tip: For night flying, choose a landing pad with reflective strips or use LED markers to make it even more visible in the dark! 🚁💡 ... show more
