Obviously, that’s terrifying because our mugs are all breakable so I went on the hunt for an unbreakable one for him and at $5 - this one was perfect. This product is about what I expected for such a cheap price: it'll serve its purpose, but it's nothing special. My only complaint is that one of the mugs came with a large flake of enamel peeling off, and when I removed the sticker label, that chunk of enamel came off entirely. The other fifteen mugs seem to be without similar defects, so that's nice! (Also, the label has a warning about lead and other hazardous chemicals, which I don't remember seeing in the product description before purchase, otherwise I might have chosen to shop elsewhere. These are for a single use, so I think/hope we'll be fine.) I wouldn't recommend this product or buy it again. ... show more

Very similar to the "Texsport Blue Enamel Coffee Cup Mug", but $2 less. The Stansport has a small flare before the stainless trim ring. Also the bottom is slightly conical to have the cup rest on a rim on the outside. The enamel seems well applied. The Stansport cup was packaged much better than this cup which showed up in poly bag, although undamaged. Both cups are surprisingly lightweight. The handles differ slightly with the Stansport feeling more comfortable than the Txsport due to more room at the bottom. ... show more

Nice enamel cup that holds lots of coffee. I like the fact that the liquid cools to the right temperature quickly so I can drink my coffee within about the five minutes my morning routine allows. Just remember that you are buying a METAL coffee cup. METAL CONDUCT HEAT. Word of caution: The cup is heavy when full. I boil water in a kettle for tea/instant coffee so it may be hotter than drip coffee. If it's full of hot liquid the handle and side are going to be scorching hot making the holder want to tip and perhaps drop the cup. If you aren't sure how hot the cup is make sure you can set it down safely if it does start to burn your fingers. I fill it halfway so haven't had a problem with either the side or handle being too warm. ... show more
